As a member of the HP Certified Professional community, you will receive regular communications from the Program Office. The majority of our communications are delivered through email. To ensure you receive the latest program updates it is important to keep your profile up-to-date.
Opt-in for email communications
In your certification profile you have the option of selecting the kinds of information you wish to receive. You may change your "opt-in" options at anytime by changing your selections in your profile. The "opt-in" selections are:
I wish to receive information about specific HP Certified Professional events
I wish to receive information about specific HP Certified Professional training opportunities
I wish to receive information about exclusive offers from the HP Certified Professional program office
I wish to receive information about exclusive offers from HP partners
I wish to receive email program updates
Note: HP Certified Professionals may not "opt-out" on communications directly related to their certification status. If actions are required for an individual to maintain his/her certification, an Alert will be sent.
Types of communications delivered
Alerts - An HP Alert is an email that is sent to individuals containing information on various subjects. Receipt of the Alert depends on your "opt-in" selections. Examples of Alert messages:

New benefits
Certification status-action required
Program changes
Program updates - The program update email provides information about the program. This communication provides information on certification action items required by the HP Certified Professional. In addition, this communication provides information about credential retirements, and exam changes.
News items on website - The program office will post information to the "News" section of the home page of the website (www.hp.com/go/certification/americas). Check the website frequently for the latest news.
Direct Mail: The Program Office may mail information time to time to the address provided in your profile.
