Training information

Your personal profile consists of the following information:

• Name
• Address
• Company affiliation
• Phone number
• Email address

This is a new process so please follow all the instructions below.

This login is not the same as your HP Certified Professional Member's login nor is it the same for any of our other HP sites.

1. Print out the instructions in PDF.
2. Please visit our Online Training Registration site
3. Login. This is a separate login than the HP Certified Professional Member's site
   1. Your Username will be your Student ID
   2. Your Password will be your last name. The system is not case sensitive.
   3. You will be asked to create a new password.
   4. You will be taken back to the login screen.
   5. Please re-enter your Username and new Password.
4. Once logged in, select "Modify my profile" from the left navigation.
5. Please check to see if your profile is current
   • If your profile is current, please select the Submit button.
   • If your profile is not current, please take the time to update your personal profile and/or your company affiliation and select the Submit button

The next page should indicate that your profile has been successfully updated.

If the instructions above do not work please try these steps:

1. Print out the instructions in PDF.
2. Please visit our Online Training Registration site
3. Login. This is a separate login than the HP Certified Professional Member's site
   1. Your Username will be your Student ID
   2. Select "Forgot my Password" and follow the steps to create a new password.
4. Once logged in, select "Modify my profile" from the left navigation.
5. Please check to see if your profile is current
   1. If your profile is current, please select the Submit button.
   2. b. If your profile is not current, please take the time to update your personal profile and/or your company affiliation and select the Submit button.

The next page should indicate that your profile has been successfully updated.

Contact: If you are still having problems updating your profile, please contact our program office.

Your certification/exam history, Opt-in options, and Confidential Disclosure Agreement (CDA) will NOT be located on Personal profile section. You will need to access this information through the HP Certified Professional Member's site.
