HP Technology Forum 2006 is in the history books, and by all accounts, it was another great technical training event! More than 1,100 HP Certified Professionals joined us in Houston, Texas, to learn about a broad range of technologies and solutions from HP and our partners.

Inactive credentials
With the implementation of the new Credential Upgrade Path process (credential versions), several credentials now have an inactive status. All HP Certified Professionals are encouraged to transition to the latest version of the credential they have obtained.

HP announces credentials for HP Certified Professionals who provide authorized printer maintenance and support services
The Americas HP Certified Professional Program is announcing the availability of two new credentials that greatly simplify partner authorization for printer maintenance and support work.
