Continuous learning guide for Europe, Middle East and Africa

For 2008, completion of continuous learning is a mandatory requirement for all HP Certified Professionals in Europe, Middle East and Africa. To fulfill your continuous learning requirement for 2008, you must complete a minimum of one learning activity per focus area (Sales, Technical, Hardware Support) before December 31st, 2008. Click here to see an overview of certifications by focus area. All learning activities within each focus area are grouped by HP technology families. Choose a technology family you are already certified in and select your preferred learning activity. Complete a minimum of one learning activity per focus area and successfully complete your continuous learning 2008 requirement for this particular focus area. Of course, you may choose to do more learning activities … and we certainly encourage you to do so. For new certifications obtained in 2008, no continuous learning activities are required in 2008. The monthly HP Certified Professional newsletter will inform you about your continuous learning 2008 completion or non-completion. The 2008 continuous learning menus allow you to complete your requirement(s) with little or no travel costs. Learning activities may consist of events, self-paced, web-based and instructor-led training as well as any other types of learning. Both instructor-led and web-based training activities are hosted in HP Smart Learning. To access HP Smart Learning you must log-in to the HP Student Portal using your HP Student ID and personal password.
