Your unique identifier in The Learning Center

An HP Learner ID is your key to HP ExpertONE certification and training. This ID is your unique identifier in The Learning Center and is required to register for certification exams.

How do I obtain an HP Learner ID?

An HP Learner ID is automatically assigned to you when you are granted access to The Learning Center. To request access, select the Get started path based on your employer type.

I cannot remember my previous ID. How do I find it?

To recover your previous ID, follow the instructions below for your region:

• Asia Pacific: Visit the Asia Pacific Gateway for HP Partner Portal page and select your country. Once you arrive at the country partner portal page, click on the "Contact HP" link located in the grey area at the top left corner of the page.

Where can I find my HP Learner ID?

Your HP Learner ID is displayed in The Learning Center under the ‘My Profile’ tab.
