The Master ASE Internet/Intranet is focused on certifying advanced skills in the areas of design, deployment, tuning and troubleshooting of Microsoft based Internet and eCommerce solutions on HP servers. Among the benefits of obtaining this certification, the candidate will be able to:
- Understand the fundamentals of Internet hosting and eCommerce Solutions.
- Identify Server hardware requirements based on the number of connections, network traffic and connected systems in use.
- Compare and contrast I/O options to obtain a high level of performance.
- Install and configure Internet Hosting and eCommerce software solutions.
- Identify bottlenecks that affect Internet Server performance.
- Apply configuration tuning techniques to increase overall system performance.
- Use standard diagnostic tools and best practices to identify and resolve routine and complex Internet and eCommerce application-related problems and their causes.
Master ASE Internet/Intranet candidates must meet the prerequisites and pass HP exams for certification (see requirements below). Once the candidate has successfully completed these requirements, the candidate must submit an application to the Americas HP Certified Professional program. It is strongly recommended that candidates take the HP instructor-led courses in preparation for the exams. Courses available are listed in the table below.

Submit Application - In addition to the above, candidates must apply for this designation by submitting an on-line application.
Continuing Certification Requirements - Candidates may be required to complete Continuing Certification Requirements consisting of selected exams, training, or additional maintenance requirements as prescribed by HP.
