Opt-out policy

You now have the option to no longer receive these monthly newsletters as well as other HP Certified Professional communications. If you would not like to receive these communications, you can "opt out," by following the steps below:

  1. Log into your HP Certified Professional Profile. If you need help logging in, please visit our Login Assistance page on the Participation Guide at http://www.hp.com/certification/americas/online_guide/access.html.
  2. Once logged in, select the Change My Profile (New Employer, Address Changes, Email, Etc.) link.
  3. The different communications you can choose from is listed below your email address field. Just uncheck the boxes of the items which you don't want to receive from HP.

All HP Certified Professionals will receive Program Update information as well as Continuing Certification Requirements (CCRs) communications. There is no "opt out" option for Program Updates and CCR communications.

Migration extension granted to Master ASEs
Master ASEs from the Compaq certification program now have until July 31, 2005 to complete the premerger migration requirements communicated in February 2003.

Don't miss North America's most comprehensive HP OpenView user group event at the Colorado Convention Center in Denver, Colorado, June 6-10, 2005. Beta tests and certification exams

 

NonStop Systems Certification needs beta test volunteers
HP NonStop Certification has three beta exams that need to go "live":

  • HP1 - 764 HP NonStop Guardian Architecture
  • HP1 - 768 HP NonStop Transaction Management Facility (TMF)
  • HP1 - 780 HP NonStop SQL/MP

We are looking for approximately 50 people per exam to close out these three beta tests to convert them to the live format.

New certification cut score methodology
The HP Certified Professional program will officially discontinue all future beta exams for the NonStop Systems certifications. Yes, you read that correctly: we will no longer use beta exams as a method to release new exams for NonStop Systems certifications only.
