Step 1 - Select the service qualification you would like to achieve: Utilize the HP Certified Professional website a to search for qualifications.

Step 2 - Review the requirements and any prerequisites

Step 3 - Obtain a Student ID:

Step 4 - Complete prerequisites (if any) and core requirement(s): Review and complete the requirements for the qualification you are seeking.

Using the Service Qualification Website

Select the product category and identify the Service Qualification plan for the product or product family that you wish to achieve. Service Qualification titles include the product names and the geographical region where the credentials are mandated for warranty and partner program entitlements.
  • Review the core requirements, prerequisites and preparatory training.
  • Access training and exams from the Service Qualification plan.

How to View Your Service Qualifications

To view all certifications and service qualifications you hold, login to the members' area of the HP Certified Professional website and select "View Certification / Exam History".
